Open File

Cursor Back (Jump Cursor) (Undo Redo)     [This jumps to the cursor back to where it was last. What this command literally does is an undo, then undoes the undo, changing nothing, but leaving the cursor in its previous position.]

Clean Up Email     [This deletes the > signs within paragraphs, then autoformats a document. Note that this matter will change depending on your autoformat settings within Word.]

Save    As/That
Save    (As)    Top/Second
[This opens the Save As window and names the file the top or second line]
Save    (As)    Top (First) (Word) /Second     1-20
[This opens the Save As window and names the file the number of words of your choice starting from the beginning of the top or second line]
Save    As    1-20
[This is a quicker way to say the above "Top" macro.]

Look In [This opens the Open File window and drops down the Look In list.]
Go (Look In)    <LookinDrivesFiles>   [This opens the Open File window and takes you directly to a category of files]
Go (Look In)    <LookinDrivesFiles>
<a-z, Alpha-Zulu>

Look in Drives Files:
A/C/D/E/CD/Zip/Desktop/Download/My Computer/My Documents/My Images/My Data/My Common/Program Files/Network/Kim/Eric/Kim common/Eric common/TRN Images
Note: You can also say the word "Drive" after A, C, D, E,C, D, and Zip. Also note that the last few files are very specific to my machine. You will probably want to delete some of these and add some of your own.

Get    <Get Files>      [This allows you to open a file directly. To open a particular file you first have to add it to the macro. To do this, use the "Add Get " macro when you are in Windows Explorer.]
Get    <My Documents Get Files>      [This also allows you to open file directly, but only if that file is in my documents. It is easier to add filenames to this macro, however and so you can use this one for temporary files. Say "Add Get" when you are in Wordto add any number of files.]

Get (Look In)    <My Documents Filename>    [This opens the Open File window to My Documents, then chooses the file name of your choice and opens it. This command is a useful shortcut if you know the exact name of the file you want to open. The following command does the same, but continues another level down to allow you to directly open a file that is in a folder that is in my documents. Note that you do not have to say the file extension, just the name. Note: This will not work until you add your own folders using the following "Add Get" macro.]
Get (Look In)    <My Documents Filename>    <a-z, Alpha-Zulu>

Get (Look In)    <My Documents Folder>    <My Documents Filename> [Note: This will not work until you add your own folders and filenames using the following macro.]
Add    Get/Folder/File/Subfolder    [This allows you to add files to the <Get>, <My Documents Folder>, <My Documents Filename>, and <My Documents Subfolder> lists. Currently, it has my folders in it, which will do you do good. Use this macro to erase my folders and add your own.]

Last/Show (Recent)    File(s) (Document) (Documents)    ["Last File" brings up the last file access Word. "Show Files" drops down the menu that lets you choose from recently accessed files.]

(See the Moving the Mouse section for more commands that combine selecting and formatting text.]

"and/or" is not part of macro, but is just a shorter way of depicting this type of macro. For instance, you can say "Make That Blue," "Make That Century Gothic Teal," "Make That Century Gothic 12 Red," or "Make That 10 Bold" Note that if you specify more than one parameter, they must be in order -- Font Type always comes before Font size, and style, and Font Size always comes before Font Style. In addition, you can say this and the following for macros with two "<Font Style>" words. For instance, "Make That Bold Blue," or "Make That Green Underlined"]
