Photoshop:
Note: In
general, every command in in Photoshop's menus has been translated to
a voice command. This way you can simply say the menu item name -- however
deeply it is buried --without having to click through the menus.
Use <Tools> [For
Example: "Use Eraser," "Use Draw." Note: you can say the above "Use" commands
that are not in parentheses with or without the word "Use" in front of
them. For example you can say both "Use Airbrush" and "Airbrush.)]
Use <Tools> Touch/Touch
2/Touch Right [This allows you to select a
tool, then click a mouse button.]

Go (Mouse)/Drag/Window/Move Up/Down/Left/Right 1-100 [This
and and the next 9 sets of macros allow you to move the mouse or drag
a highlighted object by pixel. Whole numbers are 10-pixel increments.
Decimals are one-pixel increments. This is the same as a set of global
commands, but the additional "Move" command here presses the move tool
before the command begins. See the general mouse commands section for
more full explanation of these macros.]

and the following five commands allow you to move the mouse at a diagonal;
they also give you alternate ways to say "Up" and "Down."Four example,
saying "Go Top Left 10" will move the mouse 100 pixels toward the top
left-hand corner of the screen. "Drag Down Right 4" will drag the mouse
40 pixels toward the bottom right hand corner of the screen. "Drag Lower
Right 4" will do the same.]
