NatSpeak: Correction Box

Choose/Select    1-10

Try (Use)/Original    1-10

[The "try" command is the same as saying "Select 1-10" plus "Right 1" which selects a choice, then takes the highlight off your selection. The "Original" commands allow you to go back to the choices that were in the correction box when it opened. Use these commands to speed up correcting.]

Also see the "Skip Delete," "Delete    Next/Last" and "First-Tenth/Last    Word" commands in the General Macros section. These are very useful in the Correction Box.

Try (Use)    1-10    Skip Delete    [This and the next three commands simply combine the "Try" and the "Skip Delete" commands]
Try (Use)    1-10    Skip    Delete    1-10
Try (Use)    1-10    Skip    1-10    Delete
Try (Use)
    1-10    Skip    1-10    Delete    1-10

Try (Use)    1-10    Backspace
Try (Use)    1-10    Backspace    1-10

You can also correct the last phrase you said without invoking the Correction Box by using the global command "Use 1-10" This is often quicker than going through the Correction Box if there's a reasonable chance NatSpeak's second or third choice is correct.

Copy    1-10      [This works just like the "Choose" commands, but also copies the correct choice to the clipboard. This is useful for programs that have trouble receiving the correction.]

Note:
See the Commands Common to Several Programs section for macros that work in NatSpeak's Open, Save as, Find and replace windows. See the macro-making sections for NatSpeak: Command Wizard macros.
