To use these macros you need Dragon System’s NatSpeak Professional software, which requires a 300 MHz computer with 128 MB of memory minimum, and the more MHz and memory you have, the faster it will work. If you are buying a computer keep in mind that subsequent versions of the software will take more compute power and memory. It's also important to have a sound card that's compatible with your software. The best way ensure this is to check online or call tech support for the software you want.
