Note: Edit Step 6 of 8 is similar to New Step 5 of 8.

Go/Show    Lists    ["Go" puts the cursor in the List field. "Show" Scrolls down the list field, then returns the cursor to the Command field.]
Go Command    [This puts the cursor at the end of the Command field.]

Add Put    [This and the following four macros return the words you say as variable lists -- with angle brackets around them and no spaces between them. For instance "Add Put" types <AddPut>.]

Direction 4    [The Direction 4 list is Left Right Down Up. The Direction 7 list is Left Right Down Up PageUp PageDown and Tab.]

Name Categories    [This allows you to more quickly name a variable list called "X Categories." It types the following: <ProgramCategories> with the word program highlighted so you can easily replace it.]
1/2    To    3-9/10/20/40/100    [This type's a number variable list. For example, if you say "one to twenty" it will return <1to20>.]
